iFastrack - Cloud Access App

Accessing Your iFastrack Cloud Services!

Accessing the iFastrack Cloud Services requires using our Cloud Access App. We have been growing and have added many new cloud servers where we spread the iFastrack cloud service workload to give our users a faster, more reliable experience. To maintain the reliability of our  services, we may move your account to different servers as we update, upgrade or maintain our cloud servers.

If you save an iFastrack URL (login address) in your browser for a particular session, it is possible for that URL to later change making your saved address invalid.

To prevent using an invalid address, you should always be accessing your account via the Access App and not a saved  web address (unless previously arranged with GG-One Software tech support). The app contacts our license servers with your access id to automatically take you to your correct cloud service.

Updated cloud access app!

Periodically we make changes to the app to accommodate security changes, new technology and bug fixes.

If we update the access app, as you attempt to access your iFastrack cloud service, a popup screen will automatically appear, letting you know an update is available and giving you the option to retrieve it. (see below to download and update your access app)

Retrieve your Access App from Here

Save the updated app to your desktop, overwriting your current app if it already exists.

If the app was previously installed (not copied), you will need to uninstall the old app from your Programs and Features located on your Control Panel.

This new app does not require installing, only copying to your desktop.

First Time Accessing the iFastrack Cloud From The Access App

If this is the first time using the access app, it will pop open the registration screen (as shown above).

You will be required to enter your access ID, if you do not have one, please contact GG-One Software Support at support@ggonesoftware.com.

Click Register to automatically save your registration id for later use and take you to your iFastrack Cloud Service login screen.

Updated Existing Access App

If you are updating an existing access app, you only need to replace the existing app with the new one.

The app will automatically open your default browser to your iFastrack Cloud login page.
