Tutorial and Videos
Before you begin working with the software, we recommend reviewing our Training Videos and Tutorial PDF which provide a review of the most commonly used features in Fastrack. The sequence is designed for a first time user just starting Fastrack on their system. The tutorial is a Power Point presentation saved to PDF and the videos are short clips of the actual software in use.
User Guide
Fastrack comes with a detailed User Guide reviewing each feature in the software. You can access the User Guide from the Fastrack Help screen. The User Guide is automatically updated to match the install version running on your computer.
Phone Support
Our friendly support personnel are happy to answer any specific questions you may have about the software. Additionally, they will review the software via phone conference discussing the commonly used features and how to set Fastrack up on your system. Phone conference reviews covering the full software take approximately 45 minutes.
