Client Requested Solutions

We welcome client feedback and enhancement suggestions. Over the years many of our new features have come from client ideas. Below is a list of some that have been included in our current software.

  • Ability to have exceptions for insurance requirements
  • Increase number of custom fields for vendor, certificate and document identification
  • Expand search screens for multiple filters and search fields
  • Add Start Date to Document record
  • Expand CC's per letter from one to three
  • Expand Brokers per certificate from one to three
  • Add insurance discrepancy report filter for number of follow-up letters sent
  • Add a statistical summary report of non-compliance stats for policies and additional terms
  • Maintain history of all letters sent, not just last letter sent
