Phyllis Recca - President and CEO

Phyllis has over 35 years of experience in the computer services industry, previously as an executive with Compuware Corporation and as president of GG-One Software since 2003. She has a BS in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Villanova.

John Recca Jr. - Vice President Technology and Director

John, original founder of  Compunet in 1990 and designer of Fastrack, has been a professional software developer for 30 years and has a degree in Computer Science and Business Software Development. He specializes in the Electronic Exchange of Data for the insurance industry.

Gene Pisasale - Director of Marketing

Gene worked in the investment industry for 24 years as a portfolio manager, energy analyst and financial advisor for Paine Webber, PNC Bank and Wells Fargo Advisors. He previously worked as a petroleum geologist for Exxon. He holds a Master’s Degree in petroleum geology from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA Finance from San Diego State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Dianne Kennedy - Director

Dianne has been in the insurance industry for over 35 years and is an executive with Oswald Companies. Among various insurance designations, she is a Licensed Insurance Agent, Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

Sue Spillman - Director

Sue has been working with software for the last 15 years. She is familiar with various administrative packages and how they are used. Sue currently works with formulas for U.S. patent approvals.
